Employment: Full Time

Summary
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Guest Service Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division. Main Task would be as follow.

To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Rooms related services and products and the ability to upsell alternatives.


- To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

- To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.

- To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.

- To maintain regular contact with long stay and suite guests so as to ensure their stay is an enjoyable one, report guests feedback to immediate supervisor.

Requirements

Diploma/qualification in Hospitality or Tourism Management.

Good Interpersonal skills and computer skills.

Good Communication Skills and complaint handling.

About the Company
