Position Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and service quality standards delivered by the Guest Services team.
• The main point of coordination between the Guest Services areas while on duty and between the team and mall management in general
• Responsible for complaints follow up (on-time, on-quality) as well as complaints documentation in the complaints management system.
• Create the work roster and ensure it is executed as per plan
• Provide daily summary of complaints, suggestions, and compliments
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open for any Arabic and European nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Diploma in hospitality management /Business management or related
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, retail and/or hospitality management
