Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• To greet smile and welcome all guests to the hotel
• To provide an efficient and friendly check - in and check out accordingly according to company standards
• To handle guest requests ensuring that all matters are dealt with efficiently and promptly taking preference over administrative tasks.
• To inform all relevant departments regarding special guest requests.
• To ensure that returning guests are welcomed back to the hotel and guest preferences are communicated to all concerned departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• To keep Front Office management informed of any complaints
• To carry out shift handover at the beginning and end of each shift and to check that all items requiring attention are detailed in the reception logbook.
• To be aware of vents, hotel room rates, availability, hotel services and promotions.

Requirements

Skills/Work Experience
• Possess good grooming standards
• Flexible at work
• Arabic or Russian Speaker
• Female
• Confident and Energetic
• Basic Knowledge in opera
• Minimum 2 years experience in 4 star or 5 star hotel
• Candidate must be in UAE
