Job description / Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate Guest Service Officer for our Executive Lounge!
As a Sofitel team member, you are an Ambassador of our brand. All Sofitel Ambassadors represent the the brand, and it's values, at all times. As a GSO for the Executive Lounge you will be responsible for preparing and replenishing food and beverage service in the Executive Lounge, ensuring outstanding guest service and to maximize profitability.
Other tasks will include
- Complete opening and closing duties to include, but not limited to, stocking chinaware, silverware and tableware, tending to the coffee machine and or grinder, retrieving food and beverages from the kitchen and delivering them to Club Millesime Lounge.
- Restock, clean and prepare the kitchen and pantry areas
- Organize and display breakfast and move chairs and tables as needed.
- Monitor inventory and ensure quality condition of all chinaware, tableware and silverware
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to special requests for services
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Register VIP guests, as needed
