Guest Services Supervisor

At Quest Search and Selection, we are recruiting a "Guest Services Cluster Manager" to join a leading private aviation and flight-support company based in Dubai.

The Cluster Manager – Guest Services will oversees the full spectrum of customer-facing operations across multiple Fixed Base Operator (FBO) locations.

This leadership role is responsible for :

•Delivering a consistently high level of luxury service in key areas such as valet parking, front desk reception, baggage handling, and lounge management.
•The role will ensure that each touchpoint reflects premium brand standards and that every guest interaction is smooth, personalized, and exceptional.
•Working closely with on-site teams, the Cluster Manager drives operational excellence, staff performance, and guest satisfaction by implementing standardized procedures, training programs, and service audits.
•They play a hands-on role in managing VIP guest expectations, addressing service issues swiftly, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between guest services, flight operations, and hospitality.

•This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience managing luxury service environments, with the ability to inspire teams across multiple locations and maintain world-class service reputation.
•They will need to have experience in booking vallets, front desk, baggage handling, training, booking vehicles etc. and adhering to Forbes standards.
