Job description / Role
Australian Pavilion, Expo 2020 Dubai
Great opportunity to manage and coordinate the performance of a team of Pavilion Guides, including coordinating shift rotations, allocating tasks, responding to requests and overall ensuring that individuals are prepared and motivated to deliver an exceptional visitor experience every time.

Requirements
Successful candidates will be natural leaders with a charismatic approach to tasking and motivating teams including exceptional communication skills and the ability to problem solve in real time. Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be advantageous.
