Job Description

- Assist guests and clients in an appropriate and timely manner
- Meet requirements of guests, and pass on tips and meet their needs
- Maintains positive interaction in stressful situations involving customers of all ages
- Assist in the operation of the gym and to have knowledge of all the equipment
- Assist guests with product information
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

- Two year clerical and customer service experience preferably in a recreational facility.
- Computer literate
- Vocational Education
- Previous Fitness center experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
