Gymnastics Coach (Full-Time/Part-Time)

• Develop and implement structured lesson plans based on skill level and progression.
• Instruct athletes in fundamental and advanced gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, bars, beam, vault, and floor routines.
• Create a fun, safe, and motivating environment that encourages athletes to develop confidence and discipline.
• Ensure all athletes follow proper safety techniques and guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to help gymnasts reach their full potential.
• Prepare competitive gymnasts for competitions, including routine development and skill refinement.
• Monitor and track athlete progress, setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to create a positive team atmosphere.
• Communicate with parents and athletes about progress, expectations, and upcoming events.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining equipment to ensure a safe workout space.
• Stay up to date with the latest coaching techniques, safety regulations, and competition rules.

Requirements:
• Strong experience in coaching children in both recreational and competitive gymnastics.
• Passionate about working with young gymnasts and helping them develop their skills.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, routines, and safety protocols.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective instruction and feedback.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage training sessions and foster a positive team environment.
• Patience and Empathy: Ability to work effectively with athletes of all skill levels and backgrounds.
• Should be able to speak English
• Preferably on own residence visa ( not necessary)

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
