Hair Stylist

Job description / Role

Quest is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, looking for Hair Stylists to join their team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). They are looking for English speaking candidates with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or capacity.

As a Hair Stylist, you will:

- Offer full consultation and diagnosis to clients
- Perform cutting & styling salon services, extension applications, classic color techniques, chemical straightening, color formulation, among others
- Recommend products and treatments to clients
- Maintain quality service by following company standards
- Mentor and coach salon apprentices
- Promote salon brand and be updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods

Requirements

- NVQ Level 2 hairdressing or any other equivalent certificate or diplomas
- Good English skills, extensive industry knowledge
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Hair Stylist
- Good communication skills, well-groomed, professional appearance
- Excellent customer service skills; comfortable dealing with diverse clients
- Willing to work extended hours if necessary
- Female required (due to the nature of the role)
