Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking a Hardware Technician to join the organization on a permanent basis. The company is a leading provider of security card printing.

To be considered for this role all candidates need to come from a Card Printers Vendor or Distributor background.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure card printing products;
• Troubleshoot and Solve/Fix problems in the products;
• Provide technical client support and issue resolution remotely (via email, phone and other electronic medium) or onsite;
• Conduct training sessions for clients on newly installed products;
• Conduct live demos to introduce products to clients;

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in card printers’ installation, configuration and maintenance;
• Bachelor or Diploma in Electro Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field;
