Position Title: Head Baker
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant.
Job Description:
• Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure that colleagues comply with HACCP guidelines
• Ensure the food cost of his Bakery is in line with budget kitchen operating supplies, and kitchen energy costs
• Observe sales floor and back stock conditions
• Estimate baking needs, requisitions adequate supplies, inventories supplies, and keeps records of products made and used
• Coordinate in details on the restaurant / banquet / food production, and all specific duties to all employees
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary, Hotel and Restaurant Management
• At least 2 years’ bakery experience in a high-end restaurant or high-quality restaurant environment, such as Michelin Star rated, or equivalent is strongly preferred; Central Kitchen experience is a must
• Knowledge of HACCP general health & safety in the workplace
