Position Title: Head Bartender - Italian Concept
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 11K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus service charge, tips and upselling incentives

About the Client:
A prestigious, luxury 5-star hotel located in the heart of Dubai, renowned for its exceptional service and world-class hospitality.

Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring efficient service, cleanliness, and organization
- Design and update the cocktail menu to reflect Italian Flavors and ingredients, offering unique drinks that complement the restaurant's cuisine and theme.
- Supervise and mentor bar staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, proper techniques, and knowledge of the menu. Conduct training sessions on cocktail preparation, wine pairings, and customer interaction.

Qualifications:
- Male, 38 years old and below
- Minimum of 3-5 years of bartending experience in a high end/luxury Italian Restaurant or 5* hotel with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role is a must.
- Strong knowledge with Italian wines, spirits, and classic Italian cocktails is essential.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
