Position Title: Head Buyer & Planning Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3,000 KWD inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Salmiya, Kuwait

About the Client:
A proud Retail brand in Kuwait, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegant women's fashion.

Job Description:
• Lead seasonal collection selection aligned with brand identity and business goals.
• Develop full seasonal launch calendars with delivery dates and product stories.
• Forecast category performance using historical and trend-driven insights.
• Negotiate prices, MOQs, delivery terms, and expected quality standards.

• Open to Arabic and European nationalities, 50 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Buying & planning roles with leadership assignment
• Must have solid understanding of Retail operation, merchandising and customer behavior.

Salary:
KWD 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
