Head Chef

Our client is an internationally renowned restaurant.

We are on the look-out for a head chef to join their multi-cultural team and add to their growing innovation!The Head Chef is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the individual store BOH Operation.

The Head chef in working towards achieving the company's vision and strategy in terms of providing innovative, high quality and simplistic food in line with the company value proposition.In achieving this there will be the need to coordinate and effectively communicate with other departments effectively communicate with the FOH, Retail and Education Managers to give a cohesive and professional approach to the customer as well as adherence to all company recipes, SOPs and government regulations.

You must be able to work closely with the Finance and Procurement department to ensure the highest quality of products and services are purchased in line with financial and budgetary requirements.Staff development is a core.

Requirements

- Experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar organisation for a minimum of 3 years.
- Catering qualification in Catering Management.
- Strong Communication Skills
- Time Management
- Ability to work within a multi-cultural team
