Job description / Role
Client is looking for an excellent Head Chef with experience in running a kitchen / restaurant in a concept such as this. It's a fine dining concept but contemporary, cool with a laid back vibe.
A new independent restaurant inside one of Abu Dhabi's prestigious hotels is looking for an experienced Head Chef. The concept will have strong North American inspired food and beverage, with an urban interior design and a beautiful outdoor area with both a signature Oyster and Bloody Mary bar and a one of a kind Craft Beer & Burger bar.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be trained and will have worked in prestigious 5* hotels, but wants to take that training and experience and take it to a stand alone more laid back contemporary concept. Someone with a fresh creative mind, someone who understands the new fine dining culture is essential. Western candidates preferred and currently based in the UAE.
Abu Dhabi based, 25k AED + benefits
