Job description / Role
Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 7K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track of records in food & beverage, hospitality, retail, fashion, interior design and real estate industries.
Job Role:
• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
• Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
• Oversee the work of subordinate and estimate staff’s workload and compensations
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Russian nationality
• Female, 30 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience in an established brand in the UAE
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must be able to join immediately
