Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation and meals

Job Description:
• Implement safety and hygiene company standards within the whole kitchen operations
• Take the lead overall within kitchen team to ensure that daily check lists are done especially on quality standards of the food being served
• Maintain ‘Fidelio’ inventory system to meet culinary operation demands.
• Research and monitor best market practice to bring new and innovative ideas when developing menu cycles
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Any nationals
• Male, 38 years and below
• At least 2 years off related experience preferably from an international cuisines
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
