Job description / Role
• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests and staffing
• Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant together with top management
• Responsible for food inventory needs, stocking and ordering to ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements
• Open to Any nationals
• 50 years old and below
• At least 4 years of experience in the same role preferably from an international cuisines
• Must have experience in French & Lebanese cuisines
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
