Job description / Role
• This is an excellent opportunity to join a major hospitality company in RAK and oversee the culinary team in one of their most popular outlets.
• This is a busy, waterfront venue, serving modern international food, and the role will require some menu development and creativity.
• Candidates should come from independent restaurant backgrounds, we are not looking for hotel chefs in this role.
• Candidates should have experience in modern international, bistro / cafe style food.
Requirements
• Several years experience in a Head Chef role in a popular cafe / bistro concept
• Menu Development
• Creativity
• Can relocate to Ras al Khaimah
• Must have experience in a busy outlet turning over at least 200-300 covers a day, and must have exposure to creating own menus and dishes, kitchen efficiencies, costing, training, strong supplier network.
