About the Client:
A high-end restaurant & café in Dubai
Job Description:
• Create quality recipe and menu items
• Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Control and direct the food preparation process
• Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests and staffing
• Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant together with top management
Requirements
Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives & SC
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Open to European nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role; Mediterranean/Italian/French/European cuisine experience is a must; seafood background is a plus
