Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant located in Dubai

Job Description:
• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
• Approve and “polishing” dishes before they reach the customer
• Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
• Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals
• 45 years old and below
• At least 2 years’ experience as Head Chef in a fine dining or well-known restaurant
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
