Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification, plus duty meals

About the Client:
A Dubai based restaurant offering healthy plant - based cuisine concept
Job Description:
• Oversee the work of other chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all food is prepared and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations along with the right standards on temperatures, cleanliness, and hygiene to prevent cross-contamination
• Keep track of inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring that the kitchen always has the necessary ingredients and equipment on hand to prepare menu items
• Collaborate with Front of the House team to ensure that overall restaurant operation is smooth on a daily basis
• Manage costs and ensuring that the restaurant operates within budget, adjusting as necessary to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to European nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role with Italian cuisine background
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
