Key Responsibilities

- Culinary Excellence: Oversee all food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains hygiene standards.
- Budget Management: Manage kitchen budget, control costs, and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
- Menu Development: Innovate and update the menu regularly, ensuring a fresh and appealing offering for customers.

- Extensive Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in high-volume kitchens.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing kitchen staff.
- Culinary Expertise: Exceptional culinary skills, particularly in hot food preparation, with a passion for innovation and quality.
- Health and Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and minimizing waste while maintaining high standards.
