Position Title: Head Chef

Salary: up to 11K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
An Italian café and restaurant along the shores of Abu Dhabi.

Job Description:
• Lead culinary team and collaborate with the management in menu development and innovation.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and efficient workflow.
• Mentor and supervise kitchen staff, scheduling and training as needed to maintain high standards.
• Maintain consistency and quality in food preparation and presentation, addressing customer feedback.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff, communicate effectively with management, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same
• Italian cuisine experience is a must
