Position Title: Head Chef

Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Develop and execute menu items, ensuring a balance between creativity and customer preferences.
- Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen resources to optimize efficiency and profitability

- Male, 40 years old and below
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a casual dining or similar restaurant.
- Proven ability to create and manage diverse, high-quality menus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing a kitchen team.
- High-end café experience is a must
