Position Title: Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and duty meals

About the Client:
A well-known F&B group in Dubai

Job Description:
-Oversee the work of other chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff, delegating tasks and ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
-Ensure that all food is prepared and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations along with the right standards on temperatures, cleanliness, and hygiene to prevent cross-contamination.
-Keep track of inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed, ensuring that the kitchen always has the necessary ingredients and equipment on hand to prepare menu items.
-Collaborate with Front of the House team to ensure that overall restaurant operation is smooth on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
-Open to European nationalities
-40 years old and below
-At least 2 years of experience in the UAE
-Italian cuisine experience is a MUST
