Head Chef

Job description / Role

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes according to set menus and standards.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage inventory, food supplies, and ingredients efficiently.
• Ensure timely preparation of meals and smooth service coordination.
• Maintain strict discipline and cleanliness within the kitchen team.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine.
• Ability to work in a live-in role on a military base.
• Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking methods, ingredients, and presentation.
• Ability to work in high-demand environments and meet deadlines.
• Available for a 2-month contract.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 5,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by the client.
