Job description / Role
Position Title: Head Chef - Central Kitchen
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 14K AED, all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai franchising across the Gulf.
Job Description:
• Creates quality recipe and menu items
• Responsible for food inventory needs, stocking and ordering
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Controls and directs the food preparation process
• Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian, Sri Lankan, Nepali, Indonesian, Filipino, and Arabic candidates
• Male, 45 y/o and below
• Culinary related education
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferably from a large-scale production such as central kitchen
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
• Portfolio is required
