Job description / Role

Head Chef up to 6k Aed for a Catering Service Company in Dubai

- Supervisory roles with the team of a few kitchen helpers but will also function as chef in the kitchen and produce his own result
- Lead the small kitchen, in charge of making sure all equipment is in working order
- Capable and smart to work in the kitchen lead role

Requirements

- Associate or BS Degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus
- Minimum 4 years of proven working experience
- Proven experience and responsibility in a busy, fast paced kitchen
- Strong knowledge in Arabic Cuisine
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
- Capable and smart to work in the kitchen lead role
- Food Hygiene qualifications and professional cooking qualification
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
