As French National Head Chef, you need to be well versed in French Cuisines.
Requirements
Perform a variety of tasks, and oversee the entire operation for the culinary aspect of the business, including daily procurement of ingredients, menu development, daily specials, menu costing, food recipes, and having full kitchen management and team training.
