Position Title: Head Chef (Pre-opening) – International Cuisine
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A multi-concept, all-day dining experience offering a blend of specialty coffee, comfort food, and fine dining.

• Design and continuously refine the menu, focusing on seasonal, sustainable, and innovative dishes.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation; Ensure all dishes are prepared to consistently high standards and meet health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Conduct regular training sessions on culinary skills, safety, and kitchen procedures; Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of kitchen team members.
• Manage food cost and labor budgets, ensuring profitability while maintaining quality and work closely with procurement to source premium ingredients at optimal pricing.

• 8+ years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a Head Chef or Executive Chef role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Proven expertise in international cuisine, with strong creativity and technical skills.
• Formal culinary training from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations (HACCP certification is a plus).

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
