Job Purpose:
* Manage all aspects of the (Personal) - Segment, CVP
* Customer engagement model to deepen relationship
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Manage the Personal Banking CVP
* Drive the client on-boarding journey and its effectiveness
* Define and ensure robust model for top end of Personal clients with contact strategy
* Assist with the sales campaigns and tracking of acquisition performance
* Manage the tail management activity - ensure process note is followed
* Ensure all customers are tagged into the right segment
* Monthly NTB acquisition tracker for segments
* Ensure all regulatory requirements are met for segment
* Ensure that business targets are met as per financials for segments
Requirements
* University Graduate, Professional Banking & Accountancy/ MBA Finance qualified preferred.
* Minimum 5 years experience in middle management position in Banking Sector.
* Thorough knowledge of Retail banking products and exposure to Lending, CTB and WM products.
* Have a good knowledge of the Group Policy, Standards, Locals Regulations and Legislation of the prevention of money laundering.
* A positive, flexible can-do-attitude towards work and willingness to learn & achieve more
* Sound communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
* Strong knowledge of the Retail Banking environment/ segments specifically
