Join a leading hospitality company in Dubai operating several high-profile venues renowned for luxury dining and exceptional service. This is an opportunity to represent one of the city’s most prestigious restaurant groups, welcoming guests from around the world and ensuring each experience begins flawlessly. Multiple vacancies are available across the group’s fine dining and lifestyle venues for a 6 month extendable contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations and seating plans using Seven Rooms (experience preferred).
• Welcome and engage guests with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Coordinate with floor and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow and VIP handling.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences to build repeat clientele.
• Lead and support the hostess team, setting the standard for service excellence.
• Uphold presentation, grooming, and brand standards at all times.

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience as a Head Hostess or Senior Hostess in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English required; a European language is mandatory. Russian speakers are strongly preferred for specific venues.
• Candidates over 170 cm in height are open to a wider range of vacancies, though all qualified applicants at all heights are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Seven Rooms is advantageous.
• Professional appearance and confident presence essential.

Additional information

Candidates based outside the UAE are welcome to apply. Flights, visas, and medical costs are covered for relocation.
