Charterhouse is working with a leading five star hotel within the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Head Italian Chef to oversee their Italian restaurant.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading hospitality group.
Requirements
This role needs someone to lead the way with a passionate hands-on approach and a zeal for menu creation. To be considered for this role you will have been trained or worked preferably in Europe, ideally having progressed in your career to the level of Speciality Italian Chef or Head Outlet Chef.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a luxury five star property with good knowledge and familiarity of modern culinary trends. You should also have experience in managing a diverse team. As the cuisine of the restaurant is Italian, preference will be given to individuals that have been trained in Italy. Due to the nature of the role, our client has stated a preference for an Italian national.
