Head - Leadership Development

What you'll deliver
- You'll lead the leadership development programmes, focusing on Director and VP level, in line with the leadership development framework and corporate strategic objectives
- You'll support the leadership team by building their personal development plans aligned with Talent Development processes
- You'll manage the succession plans of the internal leadership pipeline
- You'll establish and implement a leadership coaching framework from design through to evaluation

Requirements

What you bring
- You'll be educated to a Degree Level in a relevant field
- You'll have a at least 10 years' experience managing, designing and delivering leadership development programmes
- Experience managing a team
- The ability to consult and advise senior management on their personal development
