Job description / Role
Our client is a start up Cyber security company and is looking for a Head of Admin/Procurement.
We are looking for a self starter who has several years experience gained in the UAE.
• You will be responsible for handling suppliers (travel agencies, IT supplier procuring printers, office equipment).
• You will be responsible for writing policies, procedures and implementing processes from scratch.
• You must have previous admin experience looking after visa processing, dealing with labour department and MOL and familiar what to do in the instances of security and labour court cases.
Salary:
AED
18,000 to 23,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• You must live in Abu Dhabi
• Worked in Large MNC
• Minimum 8 years working in Admin/procurement
• Handling suppliers (travel agencies, printers, office equipment)
• Experience in writing policies, procedures, processes
• Previous admin exp – Visa processing, labour dept, MOL
