Head of AI – Digital Banking & CBDC Project
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 90,000 – 105,000 AED per month

We are seeking an innovative Head of AI to lead a transformative Digital Banking project in the UAE, aligning with a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) initiative. Day 1 to Day 365 And Beyond

- Lead the AI strategy for the Digital Banking and CBDC project.
- Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms that enhance digital banking systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into banking operations.
- Oversee AI-driven decision-making systems, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and operational goals.
- Provide thought leadership in AI and digital banking, fostering innovation and growth within the project.

- Proven experience in leading AI projects within the digital banking or fintech sectors, with a solid understanding of AI applications in financial services.
- Strong background in AI, machine learning, and data science, with a focus on practical implementation.
- Experience in working with Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) programs or similar financial innovation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive large-scale AI initiatives.
- GCC experience or based within the GCC region, with an understanding of the local regulatory and business landscape.

Salary:
