Job description / Role
Large regional real estate firm based in Dubai is looking for a Head of Applications - responsible for contributing to the organization's digital transformation journey including application configuration, maintenance and working with business users in identifying and proposing application system changes.
Responsibilities:
* Own and drive functional business analysis and system administration of all business applications
* Manage and develop IT core application staff, including, training, evaluation, guidance, discipline
* Manage core applications and their implementation across the group
* Responsible for complete life cycle journey of process and systems including business process mapping, business analysis, data governance, project planning and project implementation
* Responsible for all cloud, onsite and custom developed applications
Requirements
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education
* 12+ years of relevant working experience in information technology and business/operations analysis
* Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships, externally and internally
* Outstanding interpersonal, written, and communication skills
