Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• This role will be a member of the Property Management Leadership team and will play a key role in managing DMCC’s assets.
• To ensure the provision of a high quality, value-for-money portfolios of services in support of DMCC’s service objectives are managed effectively.
• Setting up, monitoring and ensuring delivery of services in accordance with time, cost and quality goals, assuming overall accountability for profit and loss, and quality, enabling DMCC to achieve its vision.
• To ensure continuity of currently outsourced services.
• Deliver a high quality, cost effective Asset Management service.
• To provide strategic direction for the continued development of the Freezone and DMCC asset base.
• To ensure that the Asset Management services provided meet the needs of the Freezone and the Master Community.
• Participate as a member of the property senior management to review and implement strategy and delivery solutions.
• Liaise closely with internal and external directorates to ensure effective management of assets.
• To lead the business development function for Owners Association Management and Facility Management.
• To develop innovative models of service delivery that meet service financial targets and requirements.
• Work autonomously, without day to day supervision, maintaining necessary professional and organizational standards.
• Ensure a system is in place to actively monitor risks relating to the assets including contingency management plans.
• In consultation with Executive Director of Property promote innovation and develop appropriate income generation activities.

Requirements

Education:
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Management
• Preferably Member of RICS / RIBA (or equivalent) - PMP (PMI) would be an advantage

Experience:
• Minimum of 15 years within the Property and Facility management industry in senior position, 5 of which should be within the UAE
• Owners Association Manager Certificated management services
• Demonstrated track record of managing teams and projects
