Job description / Role
Our client is a reputable property developer who is involved in developing prestigious property projects both commercial and residential. They are looking for a Head of Asset Management to join the team and work closely with Executive Director of Property to manage the organization's assets.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the management with clear policies and procedures that deliver quality services
- Ensure policies & procedures are in place and all the services meet the regulatory compliance
- Provide strategic direction and anticipate any risks that might occur and provide contingency management plans if necessary
- Manage the financial targets by developing models of service delivery
- Manage the quality of services by providing asset management structure
- Manage all the outsourced services to ensure continuous work flow
- Liaise with internal and external board or directors and manage stakeholders expectations
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Property and Facility Management industry
- At least 5 years of experience within UAE
- Degree educated (BA/BSc) is essential
- Must be a holder of Owners Association Manager Certification
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English language
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office
