Position Title: Head of Bars

Salary: up to 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge

About the Client:
A globally renowned hospitality brand offering immersive dining, vibrant nightlife, and elevated experiences across its unique venues in Dubai.

Job Description:
- Lead bar operations across multiple venues, ensuring exceptional guest experience, service standards, and compliance with UAE regulations.
- Develop innovative beverage programs, menus, and promotions to maximize revenue and elevate brand positioning.
- Manage inventory, costs, and supplier relationships while driving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor bar staff, building a high-performing team skilled in mixology, service, and guest engagement.

Qualifications:
- Open to male European nationals, 35 years old and below
- Diploma or degree in hospitality, bar management, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in managing multi-brand hospitality venue with certification in mixology, bar management, or beverage programs.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
