About the Client:
One of the premier retail hubs in Dubai, offering top fashion, adventure essentials, and lifestyle brands.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
• Oversee daily business operations while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, market demands, and profitability goals.
• Lead the development of key business initiatives, including market expansion, product offerings, and customer experience strategies.
• Take full ownership of the P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability, ensuring the business meets its financial goals.

Qualifications:
• 45 years old and below, with at least 7 years’ experience in the outdoor, sportswear, or performance apparel industry
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field
• Proven senior leadership experience with strong P&L oversight, ideally in retail or a similar industry.
