Job description / Role
X-Architects is seeking a charismatic and organized Head of Business Development to create and implement the business development and market strategy for the practice.
It is envisaged they will work directly with the Founding Partners and executive director to communicate the vision of X-Architects and help drive the growing practice’s business development in the MENA region and share its diverse and award-winning portfolio.
The position involves ongoing travel and client communication including setting up and attending meetings with client decision makers and would suit a dynamic person with an interest in travel and bringing cutting edge architectural projects to different geographical environments.
Requirements
- The candidate will have proven experience and understanding of the bid and tender process and be able to coordinate with, motivate and guide the business development team.
- Candidates from the architectural field or multi-disciplinary engineering are preferred. UAE and/or KSA business development experience is a must and it is expected that they will know the market and be able to advise on risks and opportunities.
