Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking for head of business development. An additional team player to its team! A person who can be fully responsible for their business development activities in the UAE as well as lead the team. Proactiveness, great focus on the goals and willingness to run an extra mile are the key traits that will help to overcome challenges and succeed in this role. Lastly, business trips will be quite a part of the job when visiting companies' customers, participating in negotiations or industry events.

As Head of Business Development, you will:
• Actively approach clients and engage with them by generating proposals and responding to calls of proposals
• Present the company and its products to customers
• Negotiate potential business sales deals with the client and internal technical teams
• Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and space conferences in the US
• Develop and implement strategic company plans and programs in the US
• Discuss promotional strategy and activities with marketing department
• Lead and further build business development Team

Salary:
AED 96,000 to 250,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Incentives + official trips travel expenses

Requirements

We expect you to:
• Have at least 5 years of experience in business development or active sales in Aerospace Industry
• Have experience in leading a business development team
• Be able to think strategically based on sales numbers and business needs
• Have strong and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
• Have a flexible problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail skills
• Be proactive and show a high interest in learning and continuous improvement

Salary: AED 96,000 - AED 250,000 per annum
