Position Title: Head of Talent Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Set up the HR Consultancy & Talent Development function
• Set the goals and main objectives of this function and ensure implementation after acquiring the right approvals
• Own the function’s budget and ensure profitability while maintaining the value of our programs
• Steer the development, revision, and delivery of the learning programs including the development of modules and training material
• Set up a community of trainers in readiness for delivery of the learning programs
• Manage the projects we get for consultancy and learning and coordinate closely with the relevant stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the new ways of learning, the +new concepts and ideas circulating In the modern HR world and make sure this is reflected in our learning courses
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• 45 years old and below
• Must have HR consultancy background and at least 5 years’ experience in designing and delivering HR training modules
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
