Job description / Role
This role is responsible for a team of Business Development Executives promoting Tax and Accountancy services to clients wishing to set up or expand their business in the UAE & Saudi Arabia. The successful applicant will develop the overall business marketing and strategy plan, recruit the team, manage performance and KPI deliverables, monitor the budget and P&L and report to the Board on a monthly basis. It is therefore exceptionally hands on in all aspect of this business incorporation service company, and requires those at a senior level with relevant business development and accountancy acumen.
Implementing and overseeing the direction of the marketing and sales strategy, customer acquisition, lead generation and prospective partnership opportunities, the role will actively develop all new business streams and encourage a motivated and successful team to assist in the overall achievement and profitability of the subsidiary, based in Dubai. Working closely with the finance, legal and compliance teams at group level, you will foster strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and be seen very much as the “face of the business”. Developing long term strategies and delivering results year on year, it is expected that you will also develop the team internally in order to aid customer satisfaction, market penetration, revenue and succession planning. This is very much an all-encompassing role where you will held accountable for the subsidiary in all areas and it therefore requires a strong leader with a diverse skill set.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, it is expected that you will have 3 years of sales and marketing expertise within an accountancy, tax or finance organisation in the UAE and a relevant degree in such to demonstrate your capabilities in this very specific area of expertise. Only those with all the business development, marketing and financial acumen will be considered for this senior role in a very fast paced and growing organisation.
