Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• The job holder will lead the category management team, including:
• Defining category strategies for products and services categories
• Leading key sourcing initiatives for categories within scope

Description

• Participate in the formulation of vision, mission, strategy and objectives of the
• Procurement Function in line with overall goals and ensure subsequent implementation
• Define clear category spend, preferred supplier policies, and work with the procurement team and Federal Entities to ensure compliance
• Ensure compliance of the category strategies and sourcing projects with the procurement policies, guidelines and legal requirements
• Promote compliance by coaching and serving as a role model

Job Offer

Requirements

• 10+ years of total working experience, ideally in procurement & supply chain
• 5+ years in category management leadership roles within large entities, ideally in a multi-BU conglomerate with centralised or center-led procurement model
