Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, a well-established insurance firm with a strong presence in the region, Swisslinx Middle East are looking for an experienced Head of Client Relationship Management.

The Head of CRM will be responsible for managing a team of account managers / client relationship managers. You will be the first point of contact for the company’s key accounts in the region - consisting mainly of large corporates.

The right candidate will have a strong background in account management, preferably from an insurance broker or credit insurance background. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:

• 5 years of relationship/account management experience
• Experience with insurance products and policies, credit or otherwise
• A solid understanding of the current market situation in the GCC region
• Team management experience
• Arabic a plus, any other language of advantage
