A leading engineering organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Compensation and benefits to join their expanding team in Abu Dhabi.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of total rewards, compensation and benefits in line with local labour laws, and also to ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are implemented and managed effectively.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you will have a degree in Human Resources Management, 12+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, and proven experience in HR strategy and leadership.
