Head of Consulting

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Head of Consulting to spearhead sales, expand client relationships, and lead a team of consultants in a thriving, fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

• Lead business development efforts, generating new opportunities across multiple service lines.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including legal firms, auditors, private equity, and business councils.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Oversee a team of consultants, business development administrators, and marketing professionals to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery, streamline client interactions, and improve business processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in the UAE or Middle East, preferably in legal, business consulting, or related fields.
• A proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• A self-motivated professional with a consultative approach to sales and the ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional proposals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
